By creating an account, submitting requests, or otherwise using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this platform. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

PrivaxM provides a platform for individuals to submit data subject access requests (DSARs) to organizations. Our services include: • Submission of privacy rights requests (access, erasure, rectification, etc.) • Tracking and monitoring of request status • Secure identity verification • Communication facilitation between data subjects and organizations • Consent management tools We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

When using our platform, you agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information • Use the platform only for lawful purposes • Not submit fraudulent or malicious requests • Not attempt to compromise the security of our systems • Not impersonate another person or entity • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

PrivaxM provides our platform 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months • We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of organizations that receive DSAR requests • We do not guarantee the outcome of any request submitted through our platform Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at pdpl@zyberon.sa.
